Subj: CHIEF OF THE QUARTER/SAILOR OF THE QUARTER

1. Chief Musician Stacy Loggins and Musician First Class Caroline Koziol have been selected as Chief and Sailor of the Quarter, respectively, for the period of July through September 2010.

2. Chief Loggins is recognized for his innovative leadership as Navy Band’s Webmaster.

3. Petty Officer Koziol is recognized for her outstanding accomplishments as Leave Control Manager, Protocol Liaison, and Sea Chanters Piano Accompanist.

4. Chief Musician Bill Mulligan and Musicians First Class Adam Grimm and Pete Revell were also nominated by their Unit Leaders for Chief and Sailor of the Quarter, respectively. I commend all of you for your superb performance and dedicated service to Navy Band.
